ADR Report: Analysis of the election affidavit of Association of Democratic Reforms (ADR) has made it clear that 29 present Chief Ministers in the country are crorepatis. Of these, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy has the highest assets of Rs 510 crore.

As per the ADR report, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has the lowest assets of Rs 15 lakh while Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal have assets of more than Rs one crore.

What came in the ADR report?
According to ADR and Election Watch, they have come to this conclusion after analyzing the election affidavits of the chief ministers of the present 30 states and union territories. These include CMs of 28 states, two union territories – Delhi and Puducherry. Of the 30 chief ministers whose election affidavits were analyzed, 29 (97 per cent) are crorepatis and their average assets are Rs 33.96 crore.

Which CM how much property
According to the ADR report, 13 of these have reported serious criminal cases in the affidavit  which include murder, attempt to murder, kidnapping etc. Among these chief ministers, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has assets worth Rs 510 crore, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister  Pema Khandu Rs 163 crore and Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik Rs 63 crore. Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal have assets worth more than Rs 3 crore.

Let us tell you that ADR was founded in 1999 by several professors of IIM Ahmedabad.  During this, he had told his goal to strengthen democracy. Keeping this in mind, how many MLAs have criminal cases on that day or which party got how much money etc. Issued reports so that people could know about their leaders and various parties.
