Uttarakhand Election Watch (UKEW) organized a gathering with the local residents of Harmani Malla (NarayanBagarh), which included ex-servicemen, young individuals, and women. During this session, they engaged in a productive and insightful dialogue concerning matters related to voter awareness with the village inhabitants.
Subsequently, the team embarked on a trek covering several kilometers to connect with the community and delve into discussions on voter awareness. As part of the initiative, pamphlets and ADR posters were distributed to the villagers with the aim of encouraging them to prominently display these materials at the Panchayat Bahvan.
UKEW commenced its road journey, and after reaching Gwaldam, the team distributed pamphlets in the Nukkad Bazaars and thoroughly covered the entire area, including Gagadi Gol, Kamedi, and Rawainkhal.
During these interactions, the UKEW team encountered small gatherings, prompting them to engage in earnest discussions on voter awareness. In each meeting, the team strongly encouraged voters to consider the 'NOTA' option should they find no suitable candidate among the political parties or independent candidates (although there were no independent candidates in the running for the Bageshwar bye-election).
