Ms Shelly Mahajan, Program & Research Officer (Political Party Watch) at ADR, presented a research paper on "The Changing Landscape of Political Funding Regulations in India and the Pressing Need for Reforms" at the 3rd Asian Summer School on "Parties & Democracy", held from 14-20 August 2023, in the University of Nottingham, Malaysia.

She was selected among 14 MA/PhD researchers, practitioners and civil society leaders in the field of political parties and democracy. The Summer School was sponsored by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, the University of Nottingham Malaysia, the OSCE Academy, the Asian Political and International Studies Association - APISA, the Asia Research Institute, and the Centre for the Study of Parties and Democracy.
