89 corporate/business houses contributed ₹ 475.80 crore to Electing Trusts in FY 2021-22, 62 contributed ₹ 456.30 crore to Reasonable Electing Trust, two corporates contributed ₹ 10.00 crore to Stomach muscle General Discretionary Trust, three corporates contributed ₹ 5 crore to Samaj Constituent Trust and 15 corporates contributed ₹ 2.20 crore to Free Appointive Trust.

The ADR said 40 people have added to Electing Trusts in FY 2021-22, 13 people contributed ₹ 8.53 crore to Reasonable Constituent Trust, 15 people contributed ₹ 2.61 crore to Free Discretionary Trust and 12 people gave a sum of ₹ 14.34 lakh to Little Gift Electing Trust.

Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India Ltd contributed the most noteworthy sum worth ₹ 70.00 crore among all givers of the Discretionary Trusts, trailed by Acrelor Mittal Plan and Engg Center Pvt Ltd with ₹ 60 crore and Bharti Airtel Restricted which contributed ₹ 51 crore, to different Trusts, the report said.
