The 'Janmanch' was organized by Rajasthan Election Watch, the Association for Democratic Reforms, and the Right to Information and Employment Campaign Rajasthan outside the Shaheed Smarak Police Commissioner's Office, Jaipur, Rajasthan on 08th November 2023. Election monitoring and announcements were the major issues in this Jan Manch. The people's manifesto was prepared on behalf of the people in the entire state. This manifesto was prepared by discussing it with social organizations, citizen groups, and various organizations.

Sitaram Lamba of the Indian National Congress, Rakhi Rathore of the Bharatiya Janata Party, I. V. Gupta of the Aam Aadmi Party, Sanjay Madhav of the Communist Party of India-Marxist, Tara Singh Sidhu of the Communist Party of India, and Shailendra Awasthi of the Samajwadi Party, among others, attended the public meeting. Many social activists also participated in the rally.

More than 500 people from 50 districts across Rajasthan came to the Janmanch and put forth their issues and asked the candidates in their area to make promises on the manifesto.
