Out of 30 Chief Ministers in India, 37% declared themselves to be graduates, 14% as "graduate professional", and 30% as post-graduates, according to Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) report. Maharashtra CM is a Class 10 pass out, Gujarat CM holds a Diploma whereas Assam CM holds a Doctorate degree and 10% CMs are "12th pass", the report said.
