On 29 October 2020, a seminar was organized by Bihar Election Watch, in collaboration with Adivasi Harijan Mahila Vikas Parishad, in Simra, Phulwarisharif Block, Patna. The chief speaker of the seminar, Mr Rajiv Kumar, State Cooridnator of Bihar, National Election Watch, encouraged people to not sell their vote, to be an informed and ethical voter, and to choose untainted candidate. The Head of Adivasi Harijan Mahila Vikas Parishad, Mr Rakesh Kumar Sinha, and Advocate Ravindra Singha encouraged voters to use their vote responsibly. Mrs. Poonam Devi, while giving a vote of thanks, emphasized the power of women. The people of Simra, Faridpur and Janipur Panchayats participated in the program.

After the seminar, women of Simra Panchayat marched in the voter awareness rally.
