ISHAD organised a webinar on 25th April 2021 at 03:30 p.m. which was addressed by Mr S. M. Vijayanand, IAS (Retd.), ex-Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Government of India & ex-Chief Secretary, Kerala and Dr P.V. Unnikrishnan, Information Technology Expert & former Member, State Planning Board, Kerala. ADR was one of the supporters of the event. The topics of discussion were -
