Just days before the landmark Lok Sabha polls, Prashant Bhushan representing the Association of Democratic Reforms has struck two leading national parties hard, with the Delhi HC siding with Bhushan's arguments on foreign funding accepted by Congress and the BJP. The HC has held that, prima facie, Congress and BJP violated the law by accepting contributions from corporations overseas.
