Contrarily, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) secured a notable Rs 90 crore, encompassing 24.56% of the overall donations from these trusts. Corporate entities and business houses played a pivotal role, collectively pouring over Rs 363 crore into electoral trusts.

The Prudent Electoral Trust, a prominent player, directed substantial funds, contributing a substantial Rs 256.25 crore to the BJP.
