The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is contesting on 88 out of the total 89 seats. 36 percent of its candidates have criminal cases registered against them.

The report states that 30 per cent candidates of the Arvind Kejriwal-led party (AAP) are facing serious cases like murder, rape, assault, kidnapping. The number of candidates with criminal cases fielded by the AAP is 32.
