Gujarat Election Watch organized a voter awareness campaign at ERO Office, Patadi Block, Surendranagar on 13th September 2022. Following are some important points related to the event:

• More than 150 Agariya leaders from 16 different villages from the periphery of Little Rann of Kutch participated in Voter Awareness Programme held in collaboration with Agariya Heetrakshak Manch.
• District Collector/District Election Officer/ERO attended the event and answered to voters' queries.
• A special theatre of 20 minutes was presented by school children. The theatre focused on facilities provided to PWDs and older people, voter registration process, and how to file complaints regarding malpractices during elections.
• After the Sammelan, a special meeting was held with block DEO, and ERO to discuss low voter turnout in some of the villages on the periphery of Little Rann of Kutch.
• District Election Officer also visited our multi-media Vehicle “RTI on Wheels” which was demonstrated at “Agariya Bahuhetuk Kendra”, Patadi.
