Gujarat Election Watch organised a voter awareness campaign on 10th October 2022 at Patadi Block ERO Office, Surendranagar District, Gujarat. Some of the details of the campaign are listed below.

• More than 150 Agariya leaders of 16 different villages on the periphery of the little Rann of Kutch participated in Voter Awareness Programme held in collaboration with Agariya Heetrakshak Manch.
• District collector/District Election Officer and ERO guided the voters and answered their queries.
• A special theatre of 20 minutes was delivered by school children. The special theatre focused on facilities given for PWDs, old ages, process of registration of voters, and how to complain about the malpractices during elections.
• After the Sammelan, a special meeting was held with Block DEO and ERO to discuss low voter turnout in some of the villages on the periphery of Little Rann of Kutch.
• Villages were targeted to reach out to the maximum number of voters and motivate them to travel distances to vote.
• District Election Officer also visited multi-media Vehicle “RTI on Wheels", which was demonstrated at “Agariya Bahuhetuk Kendra” Patadi,
