ADR collaborated with Committee for Public Policy and Research (CPPR) at XLRI, Jamshedpur, for Neeti Manthan for a case study competition. ADR shared two problem statements with CPPR: a.) Draft a model which ensures complete transparency and accountability in the seizure of cash, liquor, etc. by the ECI during elections and action taken against defaulting political parties, b.) Draft a model which ensures complete transparency and accountability by Political parties that default on or delay the submissions of their Contribution Reports or file incomplete information. Ms Shelly Mahajan, Program and Research Officer (Political Party Watch), ADR judged the final six submissions.
