On April 27, 2023, at Ajmer, Rajasthan Election Watch (REW) organized an Election Monitoring and Voter Awareness conference with several key speakers, including  Aruna Roy, Indira Pancholi, Nikhil Dey, Shankar Singh, Shubhash Agrawal, Anant Bhatnagar, D.L. Tripathi, Bhawari Bai, and Anand to address critical issues related to elections and citizen engagement. The conference encompassed a range of proposals aimed at enhancing the electoral process and increasing civic awareness. Some of the proposals were on bringing transparency in the appointment of the Election Commissioner, spreading awareness via street plays and public forums etc.
