Of 225 Rajya Sabha sitting members analyzed, 33 per cent have declared criminal cases against themselves. Total assets of these sitting MPs stood at Rs 19,602 crore, according to poll rights body ADR. 18 per cent of these parliamentarians have declared serious criminal cases.
